Delivery & 3R Policy
This Delivery & 3R Policy (the “Delivery & 3R Policy”) applies to the delivery, collection, return, replacement and refund arising from goods and/or services offered by CHIA SIANG HENG PTE LTD.
1.1. All orders are processed within the same business day and available for delivery during the next business day. (For example, if the order is made on a Saturday, it will be available for delivery on the following Monday).
1.2. Deliveries are made between 8.30am to 5pm on a typical business day (Mondays to Saturdays). There are no delivery services on Sundays and Public Holidays.
1.3 Additional delivery charges may apply for delivery request for specific timings that does not fall within the above stipulated delivery days and delivery time slots.
1.4 The minimum purchase amount in a single order is $200 (inclusive of GST). For orders with value is than $200, an additional delivery fee of $20 will apply.
1.5 Delivery is made on the premise that customers or their representatives will be available to receive their purchases. If the customer cannot be present to receive their delivery in the requested delivery window, an additional charge of $20 will apply for re-delivery. The customer will have to call in to our office to arrange for re-delivery.
1.6 Siang Heng Pte Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any damage or missing products or goods if the Customer wish to and have requested to us that their purchase is to be dropped-off or left outside their premise.
1.7 Upon delivery, customer is to check and ensure that the products and/or goods received is as indicated in the delivery order and/or tax invoice. Customers and/or their representatives will acknowledge through means of signing off the delivery order and/or tax invoice, having being satisfied that the products and goods are received in good condition.
1.8 Chia Siang Heng Pte Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any discrepancies on the quantity and quality of products or goods upon acceptance of delivery by the customer.
2. Return, Replacement and Refund (3R)
2.1 If any product or goods is proved to be delivered in a damage or defective condition or if the wrong type of products is being delivered, the customer shall report it on the same day of delivery to us at email@example.com (email) or 6755 5688 (dial-in).
2.2 If the company is unable to provide the customer with a satisfactory replacement for damage or defective products or goods, the company will provide a refund to the customer.
2.3 Chia Siang Heng Pte Ltd shall use our best effort to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancies, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org (email) or 6755 5688 (dial-in).
2.4 Returns, replacement and/or refund can be arranged under the following circumstances:
- If any product or goods is delivered in a damage or defective condition
- If any product or goods is out-of-date or expired
- If any product or goods ordered is not included in the delivery
- If the wrong product is delivered
2.5 If the product or goods which is not included in the customer’s order is delivered to the customer, Chia Siang Heng Pte Ltd shall collect back the products or goods from the customer at no cost to the customer
2.6 If the customer has been charged for undelivered product, Chia Siang Heng Pte Ltd will refund the customer the value of the product or goods originally billed to the customer
2.7 All refunds will be made within 7 business days via a mode of payment of Cash/ Cheque/ Bank Transfer preferred by the customer.
2.8 If the customer has a recurring order, the customer can choose to offset the refund amount from their next purchase.
